After having seen Hot Fuzz seven (yes, seven) times, I just can't stop drawing Fenix as a Police Officer, dammit!
The other character is my friend matirx7's new character, PC Ace Brion. Obviously based around the movie also! XD

Here they are having a spot of tea and some cakes. There are a lot of situations I can think of to go with this picture:

Ace: "Why are you dressed as a Police Officer?"
Fenix: "Because I am... one...?"

Fenix: "Why are you wearing your shades indoors?"

Ace: "Do you have a license for that firearm?"

I love Hot Fuzz.
